Michele Broad has been practicing women’s health care and adult
medicine since 1990. She obtained her BSN from UCLA, her MSN
from California State University Long Beach, and was certified
as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Obstetrics and Gynecology and
Adult Medicine by Harbor UCLA. Her passion has always been in
the area of women’s health and helping women to take better care
of themselves. Ms. Broad worked for the County of Riverside for
over two years and then went to work for Desert Medical Group
for six years. From there, Ms. Broad worked for the private
sector for two years before she opened her own medical practice
called Women’s Health & Wellness Medical office. Ms. Broad has
been in the private practice for over six years. She regards her
practice as her ministry and feels blessed and honored to serve
women in their healthcare needs.

in which she acts as their patient care navigator and the
Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Currently sits
on The Riverside Commission for Women as one of the 3rd
district representatives to Supervisor Jeff Stone.

2008 as one of the Women of Achievement by the Riverside
YWCA for her community involvement and mentorship of women
in the area of healthcare.
